Bahrain based BMI Bank, an associate of BankMuscat, today announced 2 promotions. Esmat Dashti has been appointed Head of Sapphire, the Premier Banking service for affluent individuals. Esmat, who joined BMI in 2005 as Manager for the Manama branch, will be responsible for aligning the banks Sapphire offering with the extended retail branch network while also driving great service provision to Sapphire customers.

Aisha Ahmed has been appointed to the post of Inter-Bank Desk Head within Treasury. In addition to managing the day to day inter-bank activities of Money Market, Foreign Exchange and Fixed Income, she will also develop the bank’s treasury relationships with other financial institutions within Bahrain and across GCC. Aisha joined BMI in 2006.
