BMI Bank celebrates five-year milestone in Bahrain
In celebration of its 5-year anniversary, Bahraini retail and commercial banking institution, BMI Bank (BMI), held an appreciation event for its key customers, partners and members of the media to celebrate the milestones it had achieved over the last half-decade.
The luncheon event was hosted by the Bank’s Chief Executive Officer, Jamal Al Hazeem, at the Ritz-Carlton Bahrain Hotel & Spa, and was attended by senior members from the management team.
Commenting on the Bank’s 5th anniversary celebrations Jamal Al Hazeem said:
“We set up BMI in 2005 with a vision to become a dynamic regional bank offering customers innovative financial solutions. With a growing loyal customer base serviced through 8 branches and 25 ATMs in Bahrain along with our award winning e-banking services, an international operation in Qatar and an offshore presence in Seychelles (BMI Offshore Bank) we are well on our way to truly achieving that. BMI has experienced consistent growth in Bahrain and is today one of the best capitalized banks in Bahrain with strong liquidity and a portfolio of unique and innovative products and services.
In line with our commitment to being a customer centric and market driven bank, we will soon be announcing the launch of our 9th retail branch at Hamala in addition to enhancing our offsite ATM network strength through the addition of a few more strategic locations. The introduction of our new core banking system will help us in enhancing our customer service through higher levels of automation as well as enable us to better serve our customers as we rapidly rise to higher standards.
