Terms and Conditions
- All Loans will be granted at the sole discretion of BMI.
- New or existing BMI customers who apply for and have been disbursed a BMI Personal Loan during the Campaign Promotion Period are eligible to enter the prize draw.
- Every BD 1,000 of loan amount will give the customer one chance in the draw.
- The Terms & Conditions contained in the loan documentation and the account opening general terms and conditions will apply, to all personal loans granted
- Total two prize draws will be held, one each at the end of the month (or a period as decided by the Bank). Customers who apply for and have the loan disbursed for a BMI Personal Loan during the preceding month (or period) will be eligible to enter the draw.
- In each draw 5 winners names will be selected. The draw process is as decided by the Bank. The Bank shall to conduct the draws in an objective, unbiased and transparent way.
- All draws shall be held under the supervision of the Bank’s internal and external auditors & Ministry of Commerce. The result of the draw is final and binding on all participating customers.
- Bank will inform the winners individually by telephone plus the winners list will be posted on Bank website.
- All winners will have their BMI Current Account credited with their prize monies within the month of winning. The Bank shall have the right to use winners’ names and/or photographs in all promotional & advertising campaigns and/or marketing materials.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
